Registered Nurse - Care Manager

Overview

Required Skills and Experience: 1. Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred 2. Registered Nurse license in the state of New York 4. Minimum 3 years nursing experience, Strong clinical primary care-based nursing skills including assessments, monitoring, diagnostic testing, phlebotomy, medication and vaccine administration 5. Able to assess and triage patients into other care channels as needed, communicating and coordinating seamlessly with physicians and other care team members What you need to know: 1.
