Overview

Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered): 1. Bachelor’s degree required. 2. 3 – 5 years of data analyst experience in a healthcare setting (required). 3. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration or a related field required 4. Analytical experience with a health plan, hospital, medical research organization or in another healthcare related capacity a plus. 5. Experience with Data & Analytics software (i.e. SQL, Tableau) required What you need to know: • The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing customer data in support of implementation and operational efforts for customers. • This analysis includes trending analysis, validation of data quality, and other analytics in support of the Data Exchange process.  • Drive data projects in collaboration with Data Science to evaluate Health Outcomes across enterprise. • Conduct process, data, and gap analyses to identify trends and relationships for Quality Process and Improvement.
