Salary range: OPEN TO NEGOTIATE. Salary will depend on experience. Must haves to be considered: 1.) Board Certified or Board Eligible Ortho Surgery 3.) Must have or be willing to attain a Alabama medical license 4.) Must have an active DEA by time of start 5.) Must relocate or live close to the facility W-2 Employed Position Extremely busy practice with lots of success There are two CRNPs and the hospital employs OR staff trained for orthopedic cases.
