Registered Nurse - Medical Records Supervisor

Overview

Required skills & experience: 1) Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred 2) Two years of supervisory experience in office setting 3) One year experience in home care, hospice, or personal care services required 4) Prior use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) 5) Experience in dealing with a variety of customers in healthcare, e.g., physicians, clinics, inpatient and outpatient settings 6) Coding/OASIS experience, preferred What You Need to Know: 1) Amazing benefits and generous PTO 2) In Office position with no patient care involved 3) Growing company that retains family-like organizational culture 4) The F2F Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring the coordination of information from physicians, referral sources, facility staff, agency staff, and any others involved in assuring the F2F requirement has been met 5) Opportunity to be a part of a brand new team within a large healthcare organization
