Required skills & experience: 1. Four-year college degree is preferred but not a must 2. Minimum 1 year experience in high volume healthcare administration practice or 5 years of practice in other setting with managerial experience 3. Excellent customer service skills 4. Knowledge of medical practice procedures and terminology is helpful. 5. Familiarity with pre-authorization procedures, insurance verification, and scheduling details in out-patient orthopedics and/or physical therapy What you need to know: 1.
