Communications Lead

Overview

MUST HAVES • Minimum of 3 years of work experience • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and able to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills • Friendly and professional demeanor • A passion to improve healthcare WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW Marketing / Communication • Oversee implementation of marketing strategy and materials • Create and maintain firm marketing materials and brochures • Coordinate and plan the FCV Annual Partnership Event and other regular events • Maintain and update firm’s website • Develop, send, and track quarterly newsletters through email marketing service • Work alongside investment team to prepare reports from CRM and other company databases • Assist with the development and distribution of semi-annual industry research reports • Develop and maintain FCV Strategic Innovation Report for strategic limited partners • Support LP communication and investor relations Office Management • Maintain appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality • Prepare and distribute itineraries, agendas, and invitations for meetings, events, etc. • Coordinate tasks with human resource and accounting teams as well as 3rd party vendors • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members
