Quality Assurance Reporting Analyst

Overview

Required skills & experience (the 6 “must haves” to be considered) 1. Must have experience with Business Intelligence tools. - SAP Business Objects is highly preferred, almost a must-have. 2. Must have experience with both SQL and PL/SQL from a data pulling or reporting standpoint. (Backend testing) 3. Must be able to develop automation using VB Scripts. - This position will be doing automation, even through right the team is testing manually. Long-term this team will be automating all testing so must have experience doing this. 4. Experience developing new tools, databases and reporting in support of the business and its quality/customer experience objectives. 5. Experience with reporting, including appropriate tools such as Cognos, Crystal Reports, etc. Specific tool does not matter, but must be able to speak to the tools used. 6. Experience in an Agile environment is highly preferred. What you need to know - Two full-time QA Reporting Analyst roles available in Manhattan. - Local candidates only at this time. - No remote work offered at this time. Job Summary - Ensure that routine monthly and quarterly post production reporting is completed accurately and delivered on time to both internal and external customers - Develop and maintain process documentation associated with all reporting tasks and conduct training for team members as needed to drive self-service of routine reporting tasks - Perform data analysis related to business metrics, customer feedback, customer reviews, and customer returns; identify trends and opportunities; summarize and share findings with key stakeholders - Identify key performance trends/drivers and provide business with actionable analysis - Identify gaps in performance against Best in Class and lead improvement initiatives that close said gaps
