Overview
Required skills & experience (the 6 “must haves” to be considered): 1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance required 2. 1 – 3 years of work experience in finance/accounting. Job consistency is key--not looking for someone who has a ton of movement on resume due to job hopping or contract/consulting work. 3. Strongly prefer candidate to have experience in a healthcare setting or someone coming from one of the big 4 ((KPMG, Ernst & Young (EY), Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC)). 4. If candidate doesn't have healthcare experience then client would like for them to have experience with a large or high growth organization in a position where they interact frequently with the leadership team. 5. Must have Robust financial modeling skills 6. Demonstrated ability in analyzing, interpreting, and communicating financial information to all levels of management What you need to know: • Analyst will support leaders across the organization and maintain a high level of integration with regional leadership. • Perform a variety of day-to-financial analyses in support of operational leadership. • Prepare, synthesize, and present insightful monthly financial and operations performance results reporting for executive, finance, and operations leadership. • Frequently engage with regional leaders to review, analyze, and recommend performance plans for business operations. • Build and maintain detailed bottoms-up operational and financial forecast and budget models for each region and client that inform near-term and long-term business initiatives.
