Pay rate range: $140/hr-$200/hr Must haves to be considered: 1.) MUST be Board Certified - this is for Medicaid enrollment 2.) MUST have a DEA-X(Suboxone Waiver) with over 100 seats availability per week OR has maintained a Suboxone waiver for over 1 year. 3.) Must have an active Virginia state medical license or willing to get one IF you live close to the center 4.) Must be within driving distance from locations 5.) MUST be passionate about treating patients with addiction in a medicare assistant treatment setting Start date: ASAP Schedule: 24 hours per week FLEXIBLE, can work any day Typical office hours are - 8AM-5PM NO CALL Position details: Seeing patients with severe addiction who must receive Suboxone All scheduled appointments Very rare for cancelations EMR is in place Support staff: RN's, CMA's, Regional Director, Counselors, Front staff ****Client will create a stipend so the physician a can cover their own malpractice OR Relode will cover their malpractice on a locum tenen basis. **This is last resort** TWO SITES NEEDED: Newport, VA and Hayes, VA
