This organization is helping ensure appropriate reimbursement and reducing healthcare administrative costs across the medical record review process. We achieve these goals through our payer and provider expertise combined with our proprietary technology purpose-built for improving productivity within the medical record review process. Our system is a technology platform streamlining medical record reviews by organizing cases, enabling instant search of documents and images for decision determination data, and creating summaries to easily escalate internally and/or articulate findings. Additionally, we utilize our technology to deliver outsourced denial prevention and denial management services to our provider clients. Our specialty is medical necessity, and our clinical reviewers assist with backlogs and/or general overflow, often while we are also training internal departments to utilize and increase their productivity.
