Overview
Must Haves: • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology Management, Product Design Engineering, or related field is required • Master's Degree Engineering, Technology Management, Product Design Engineering, or related field preferred. • 6 years relevant work experience to include progressive management responsibility in technology management or product development roles required. • Healthcare or regulated industry such as financial services, or service industry experience preferred. • Demonstrated track record of excellent working relationship with stakeholders across the enterprise to drive an effective and agile development process. Experience in practicing a human-centered design approach to platform and services. Must be a “doer” with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude with strong bias for action. Excellent influencing skills and proven collaborator. What you need to know: Reporting to the VP, Digital Experience, the Director of Connected Health will lead the development of the connected health and well being capabilityand define the platform capability components and ecosystem which will include internal and external partners. The role will be responsible for managing the platform build life cycle (from concept to launch) and drive adoption across the enterprise to deliver successful outcomes for its consumers and patients. Working closely with product teams, consumer insights, business development, and operational senior leaders, the Director will develop an integrated roadmap that can deliver on the current and future identified priorities.
