Pay rate range: $210-$240k Schedule: Full-time, Days - 10 hour shifts, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday We use MGMA and will look at years of experience and equity among the docs with similar experience and practices etc. Guaranteed salaries for all of the docs and then we offer a Quality Incentive which is up to 10% of the base salary paid twice/year. The Quality Incentive is based on achieving certain quality metrics (breast cx screening, colon cx screening, patient sat, etc). We are working on adding in a productivity component to our comp plan that will allow docs to earn more money if they produce over a certain level of WRVUs or Visits We have a 4 day work week and 33 patient contact hours per week. The FM clinics are open on Saturdays and those hours count towards the docs weekly patient contact hours. The docs all rotate through the Saturdays. Job Requirements and Responsibilities: - Provides continuing, comprehensive health maintenance and medical care to adolescents, adults, and elderly adults. - Diagnoses diseases and renders non-surgical care. - Instructs other health care providers and non-medical personnel. - Diagnoses and treats diseases including problems of the internal organs such as the liver, heart, and lungs. - Manages and treats common health problems such as infections, influenza, and pneumonia as well as more serious chronic, complex illnesses in adolescents, adults, and elderly adults. - Examines patients, formulates differential diagnostic plans, defines and orders requires diagnostic testing. - Interprets examination findings and test results, and implements treatment plans. - Performs office-based procedures, except where provision of services is specifically long-term comprehensive care and wellness services. - Serves as a consultant on internal diseases. Education/ Experience: - Must be currently licensed in the state of Colorado and must be able to present current documentation of the following: - Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency in Family Medicine, AND - Current board certification AND - Current competence as evidenced by active clinical practice, AND - Relevant continuing medical education
