Required skills & experience 1. BC in Internal Medicine/BE or BC in both Hematology and Medical Oncology 2. Attendance at multidisciplinary tumor boards is an expectation. 3. Cultural competence is required for diverse patient population. 4. Physician should adhere to principles of Patient– and Family-Centered care model. 5. Patient Satisfaction is a priority and scores are reviewed as a team. What you need to know 1. Thriving multispecialty group providing surgical oncology, medical oncology and hematology, radiation oncology and comprehensive support services. 2. Certified member of the MD Anderson Cancer Network®, a program supported by MD Anderson Cancer Center. 3. A wide rage of patient support services, including nurse navigators, a Cancer Care Resource Center, rehabilitation services, support groups and counseling. 4. Bilingual English/Spanish is beneficial.
