Care Manager - Analytics

Overview

Required skills & experience 1. Master's Degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Administration or another related field. Doctoral degrees (PhD or Dr.PH) in related field preferred. 2. Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged. 3. Seven years' experience of progressive responsibility in a business environment with demonstrated technical knowledge that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities required. 4. Three years supervisory or lead experience in business required. 5. At least two (3) years' experience in Epidemiology is required. What you need to know 1. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, in office setting 2. Target start date around 12/27/19 3. Needs to have knowledge of current concepts of population health management, program evaluation and needs assessment, complex epidemiologic and surveillance methods 4. Needs to have knowledge of health insurance and health care industry in general, more specific about BCBSM business, products and programs. 5. Competitive salary and generous benefits
