Job Requirements: -Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience -1+ years experience managing a sales team -Experience within a call center environment a plus -Proficiency in Excel and basic computer programs -High attention to detail and strong execution skills -Top-notch organizational and communication skills -Demonstrated success leading teams -Strong critical thinking ability in technical & non-technical issues -Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment -Positive attitude and fortitude to work through ever-changing and dynamic operational What you need to know: Our call center is receiving a high volume of inbound calls as the result of marketing efforts. We have hired a team of call reps to field these inbound calls, explain to the callers who we are and why we're a great service, and convince them to give us a shot and let us dispatch a Responder on-demand to their home to meet their medical needs. We need to hire someone to be on the ground each day overseeing the team of call-takers in the NOLA headquarters office. His/her presence will have a positive impact when it comes to script enforcement, coaching, and skills development. Perhaps even more importantly, this manager will get in-the-weeds with our inbound call process on a daily basis. By observing the call-takers in real-time along with listening to call recordings each day, this candidate will take a micro approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions. The goal of these solutions will be to help his/her team drive the highest possible Call ---> Dispatch conversion %, while ensuring we maintain a positive impact on our patients, our responders, and our business.
