Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Family Medicine/Primary Care Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered) - Must be a certified Nurse Practitioner • Must have a DEA • Must live in the Chicago area • Must have Illinois state medical license - clean What you need to know: - Occupational Health and overall wellness - Ages: 2+ - These patients are very blue collar. Provider must be comfortable providing care to a majority of blue collar workers. - Volume: 14 per day average - Bread and butter Family Medicine: Physicals, cough & colds etc. - Monday-Friday 8am-5pm - No travel - No call - Support staff: RNs, MAs, PTs
