Overview
Must haves to be considered: 1. Must be a board certified or board eligible Neurologist 2. Must have an active AZ license 3. Must have an active DEA 4. Must be able to read EEG's and provide a log of 20 EEGs within the past two years 5. Must have proof of the following immunizations: MMR, Varicella, Tdap, TB Skin Test. 24 hour call coverage requested with 7-9 in-house hours per day Dates Needed: December 19 (7am) - December 26 (7am) ***If the provider is a good fit, the client will keep them on for on-going full time coverage come 2020!!!
