Required skills & experience: 1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required 2. A minimum of 8 years progressive experience in financial accounting 3. Experience in a management capacity 4. Thorough understanding of GAAP accounting principles 5. Strong analytical and accounting skills 6. Experience using accounting software required- Microsoft Dynamics GP or Sage Intacct preferred 7.
