Field Nurse - Behavioral Health

Overview

Required Skills and Experience 1. Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation 2. Minimum of 2 years of Psychiatric experience within the last 5 years to qualify 3. Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role 4. Has sufficient endurance to perform tasks over long periods of work hours 5. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations 6. Must have experience in a psychiatric hospital, psychiatric home are, psychiatric partial hospital program (PHP) with Behavioral Health experience in Dementia, Alzheimer’s and Late Life Depression. Assess all medicines to identify possible ineffective drug therapy or adverse reactions, significant side effects, drug allergies, and contraindicated medications. 4.
