Overview
Required skills & experience (the 6 “must haves” to be considered): • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Education, Human Resources or a related field. • 2 - 3 years administrative or coordinator program experience. Experience in a clinical setting preferred. • Proven project management experience, adept at working under tight deadlines and managing multiple, concurrent projects. • Well-organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle several projects/clients simultaneously. • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required. SharePoint experience desired. • Experience administering online surveys and reporting online survey data. What you need to know: • 3 month contract. • Coordinates or performs administrative and logistical functions necessary to deliver, support, and document the onboarding program. • Manages the day-to-day operations of the program which includes scheduling meetings, documenting meeting minutes, promoting open communications, resolving day-to-day problems and concerns of team members and/or customers, etc. • Collaborates and assists team members with problem solving, process improvement, root cause analysis, answers to questions and program goals; refers to appropriate department person when unable to respond. • Coordinates and facilitates activities with inter-related activities of other programs or departments to ensure optimum efficiency and compliance with appropriate policies, procedures, and specifications. May include producing virtual instructor-led training. • Evaluates program effectiveness to develop improved methods; creates evaluation methodologies and implements; analyzes program results and recommends and/or takes appropriate action; gather, analyze, and administer operational KPIs of Education Team training programs.
