Health System Quality Intelligence Analyst Lead

Overview

MUST HAVES: -Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields of study required -Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Computer Science, Health Administration or other quantitative fields of study preferred -6 years’ experience in analytics and project experience in data querying, statistical programming and data visualization using tools such as SAS, SQL, R, Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS Required. Experience must include 3 years of supporting analytics efforts for performance improvement projects if certification has not been obtained. -Prior health care industry experience preferred Licenses and Certifications: -SSGBC – Six Sigma Green Belt Certification upon hire preferred or -PMP – Project Management Professional Certification upon hire preferred WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: This position leads and supervises lower level analysts in providing health system quality analytics for senior management, while demonstrating subject matter expertise for multiple data systems. Candidate must have the ability to work independently in a highly complex environment while coordinating efforts to perform advanced analysis, design and formatting of Health System reports, as well as defining business rules for use and display of data.
