Overview

Required skills & experience (the 7 “must haves” to be considered) 1. Strong technical, hands-on experience as a Program Manager for large, complex core administrative system implementation projects preferably on HealthRules Payor or FACETS/QNXT platform in an onsite/offshore model. 2. Proven success and experience in managing mid to large implementation projects utilizing a strong software development life cycle. 3. Responsible for managing the schedule, budget, technical direction and implementation of specific customer engagements. 4. Agile experience What you need to know - This is a full-time role responsible for consulting on client implementations - Position is based in Providence but will require up to 80% travel - Candidates do NOT have to live in Providence Job summary The Program Manager is responsible for successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of HealthRules implementation programs for our customers. The Program Manager must have a combination of skills including an ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts, as well as general management skills. S/he must have excellent time management skills to function in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating independent work skills and strong work ethic.
