Licensed Social Worker (LCSW)

Overview

Required skills & experience (the 7 “must haves” to be considered) 1. Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT or LPC license. 2. Must be bilingual in Spanish. 3. A background in maternal/substance abuse and addiction required. 4. 1+ year of inpatient, home health, hospice, public health or assisted living experience. 5. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. 6. Computer proficiency; must be able to type and navigate a Cloud-based environment and designated teleconferencing application. 7. Experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. 8. General computer savvy - Including basic experience/familiarity with an EMR. Nice-to-haves • Medicare or Medicaid experience. • A background working in maternal population. What you need to know • Full remote, must be a great self-starter. • Must reside somewhere in the surrounding Jacksonville, FL area and be willing to drive to client sites across the area. • Client would love to find a candidate with volunteer experience (places like AA, Thistle Farms, etc.) on their resume along with current, applicable work experience. • Very strong preference to those with professional experience in Substance Abuse.
