Physician - Palliative Care

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Palliative Care Physician for a consult-only role with a strong referral base. Required Skills and Experience: 1. BE or BC Physician 2. Active license or ability to obtain active Iowa license 3. Recent experience in Palliative Care What You Need to Know: - Working with a dynamic, inter-disciplinary team to provide excellent patient care -Dedicated, work space in the hospital to start and end the day - Average 3-4 new consults/day and 4-6 follow-up visits/day - Palliative Care service consulting only - Primarily a Monday-Friday work week with a 1:6 week after hour call allowing for a work/life balance
