Physician - General Neurologist

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled General Neurologist for a an established and growing practice. Required Skills and Experience: 1. BE or BC Physician - MD or DO 2. Active license or ability to obtain active Iowa license 3. Eligible to work in the United States What You Need to Know: - Seeing an average of 15 patients/day - Limited evening call schedule - Extensive subspecialty representation in the outpatient office including Epilepsy, Neuromuscular, Movement Disorder and headache - Interest in Movement Disorders, Multiple Sclerosis, Headaches or General Neurology preferred, but not required. - 36 patient contact hours with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access Neurohospitalist support - Excellent Neuroradiology department - Teaching opportunities with University of Iowa affiliation - Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination - Competitive salary, signing bonus and comprehensive benefits package including annual CME, 401k with match and malpractice coverage
