Job Requirements: -Bachelor’s Degree -3 years Finance experience to include managed care, physician billing or compensation experience -1 year Decision Support experience preferred -Financial Analytics experience highly preferred -Some knowledge of a professional/physician practice Skills and Abilities: -Strong PC literacy with full suite of Microsoft Office applications, including Access, Excel and SQL -Prefer experience with relational databases What you need to know: Plans, implements, and directs the development of organization wide professional managed care analytics in relation to the decision support system, including collaboration with department leaders. Performs ongoing assessments and identifies needs in education, training, programs, and services in Decision Support. Identifies and recommends the need for/or a modification of procedures/protocols to assure data accuracy and proper utilization of said data.
