Overview

Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered): 1. Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Missouri. 2. Minimum of five years clinical Social Work experience in the delivery of treatment services to children, adolescents, and families. 3. 3+ years of Supervisory experience. 4. Considerable knowledge of psychiatric, psychological, and substance abuse/dependency services and program. 5. Looking for someone who will be a strong leader and be able to wear different hats when needed (flexibility) What you need to know: • Demonstrates the ability to direct the planning, development and implementation of the clinical programs and services. • Demonstrates the ability to fulfill expectations as a member of Executive Leadership, i.e. attends meetings, prepares reports, and keeps department policy and procedures current. Participates in Quality Management activities to include staff development. • Demonstrates the ability to development, implement, and supervise the department budget. • Demonstrates the ability to develop and implement a quarterly peer review system in conjunction with the Medical Director that monitors professional practice and privileges. • Demonstrates the ability to serve as a liaison with issues of clinical importance between the Board of Directors/Executive Director and the Professional Staff. Is also able to provide detailed information about procedures or treatment to family and other caregivers.
