EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: • Graduate from school of nursing with current license to practice in the State of Ohio (Required) • Master's degree in Social Work (Preferred) REQUIRED LICENSURE(S)/CERTIFICATIONS: • RN Nursing License with the State of Ohio (Required) • Social Work license of LISW (Preferred) MUST-HAVES/WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: • Minimum of seven (7) years experience in the field of clinical nursing care or medical social work in the acute clinical setting • At least five (5) years management experience • AT LEAST 3+ years of Case Management experience over multi hospital system (Not looking for candidates that are working in long term care facilities) • Must be coming from high level (Dir., VP, Admin., Manager, Etc.) role at a multi hospital system • Must have expert knowledge in Case Management, Social Work and Utilization Review • Expert knowledge of payer rules and regulations JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • The System Director will provide clinical and administrative leadership for all case management and social work services performed at Client's hospitals. • This position will function as an integral part of the Client's leadership team and work closely with other leaders to strive for continuous improvement while ensuring fulfillment of the Client's Mission and Guiding Behaviors POSITION SUMMARY: • The Director of Case Management serves as the system wide manager responsible for defining the case management model, as well as planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and coordinating the scopes of services for the Case Management and Social Work Services departments
