Must haves to be considered: 1.) Must have experience as an psychiatry nurse practitioner 2.) Must be BC-PMHNP or DNP in Psychiatry 3.) Must hold an active Florida medical license 4.) Must have an active DEA 5.) Must be transparent and quick with credentialing Bonus: 1.) Can work with children 2.) Can speak medical Spanish Salary: $100k - $110k/year Extra incentives to take call/work overtime, potential to make $120 - $125k/year ***Looking for 2 Psych NP's in multiple locations. Perm Interview process: 1. Phone interview 2. In-person interview 3. Phone call with CMO 4. Offer Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM Call is optional/negotiated after start Job details: OUTPATIENT SETTING Serve Mental Health Acute and co-occurrent cases Cases seen: schizophrenia, bi-polar, severe depression, PTSD, eating disorder 20-22 patient seen per day Average of 3 evals per day Evals = 45 minutes + 15 minutes to document Average of 18 follow-ups per day Follow-ups = 15 minutes Support staff: Mid-levels, therapists, LCSW's, MA's, RN's etc. EMR: NetSmart Avatar
