Contract - Director of Nursing

Overview

Must haves to be considered: 1. RN license in Pennsylvania 2. Minimum of 2 years experience as a Director of Nursing 3. Minimum of 3 years nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility 4. Must have thorough knowledge of current State and Federal long term care regulations 5. Must possess strong leadership, clinical, communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong values of respect, service, quality, and compassion Hourly Pay Range: $55/hr - $75/hr Primary responsibilities include: Managing, supervising, and coordinating the overall delivery of care to our residents and the overall management of the Nursing Department. Additional responsibilities include: Promoting daily communication and customer service as well as completing all administrative tasks associated with the position. Setting: 160 Bed Skilled Nursing 48 Bed Personal Care 5 Bed Independent living LPN, CNA’s PointClick Care EMR 20 Bed Geri Psych Unit Client is open to contract or permanent candidates.
