Counselor/Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or CADAC)

Overview

Required skills & experience: 1. 2+ years experience with substance abuse; mental or behavioral health; or social work. Specifically, experience facilitating group counseling 2. Knowledge of social services and other resources in the community 3. An active license to practice as a counselor in Indiana: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or CADAC 4. High degree of comfort working with technology, including electronic health records 5. Master's or Bachelor's Degree in either Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marital & Family Therapy or other relevant field of study 6.
