Required skills & experience (the 3 “must haves” to be considered) 1. 12-15 years' experience in Technical Design, Development, and Delivery 2. 2+ years' experience in RPA, Machine Learning, or AI technologies 3. Experience as a lead Developer for complex RPA and Cognitive projects What you need to know - This is a six-month, contract-to-hire position - Immediate need!! - Minimal remote: This is a client-facing, strategic position - Must sit in Boston, MA Job summary - Lead technical design and development initiatives for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Cognitive solutions - Leads strategic customer-facing enterprise solutions that improve operational workflow processes through Digital Workforce solutions including; attended and unattended BOTs and Cognitive data initiatives. - Provide technical leadership and solutions to team of developers through project lifecycle - Create modular and scalable development frameworks that can be leveraged across projects - Identify enterprise products and tools that partner with RPA and Cognitive initiatives to improve operational outcomes. - Develop operational framework and team structure that streamlines internal processes for the Digital Workforce team to improve delivery of timely solutions to the business - Implement Agile-first methods that focus on delivering high value ROI solutions back to the business through rapid development and repeatable delivery frameworks - Partner with IT leadership team to ensure Digital Workforce team has the required technical infrastructure and IT support structure to deliver Digital Workforce solutions - Develop Digital Workforce technical roadmap that incorporates RPA, Cognitive, and Machine Learning solutions that considers current and future needs - Define test plans and methods to ensure successful delivery of production products - Present in-depth technical and business process improvement solutions - Partner with leaders and business services team to align automation activities with communications, change management and training to deliver optimal outcomes for people and autonomous automation.
