Overview
Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered) 1. BSN and active, unrestricted RN license required in the state of Virginia 2. Five (5) years experience in health related fields required 3. Three (3) to five (5) years internal experience with Care Management and Utilization Management 4. CM Certification preferred What you need to know 1. Above market pay, excellent benefits and bonus potential 2. M-F shift with no weekends 3. Responsible for educating staff in managed care as it relates to department programs, processes and systems, and conduct quality reviews on all pre-certification and Wellness, Care Management and Health Promotion cases 4. Needs to have a basic knowledge of ICD9/ICD10 and CPT Codes
