Job title: Hospitalist 5 must haves: 1.) Must be Board Certified in either Family Med or Internal Med 2.) Must have BLS and/or ACLS cert 3.) Must have or be willing to get a Arizona medical license 4.) Must have active DEA at time of start date 5.) Must be accountable, professional and in-sync with credentialing Schedule: 7on/7off 12 hour day shift/7am-7pm Open 15 shifts per month Start date: September Credentialing takes: 60-90 days Length of assignment: 6 months- ongoing Position details: Age range - All adult, no peds. All 18 plus Procedures - NONE Admissions per day - 0-2 admits per day. May start with 0-2 new patients in the AM EMR - Cerner Responding to code? Only if it's your own patient Rapid responce? Only if it's your own patient NO ICU covering
