Overview
Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered): 1. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey 2. Minimum (1+) year of experience as a registered nurse 3. Current CPR certification 4. Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation and agency required liability insurance to complete home visits 5. Previous experience in Hospice or Case Management What you need to know: 1. Must be a team player and have a passion for hospice and home-care 2. Live within a 30-minute commute of the coverage area 3. This RN Case Manager will spend a majority time traveling locally visiting patients 4. Will have 4+ weeks of onsite training 5. Current facility attends close to 55+ patients
