Operations Manager

Overview

Required skills & experience: 1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university 2. Must have strong operations experience, 8+ years 3. 3-5 years experience as a Paramedic through EMS agency, hospital, clinic, etc. with some of that time spent in a supervisory role 4. Must be comfortable working with Data in Excel. Will be supporting strategic operations and implementing strategies of the organization. 5. BLS certification; ACLS certification from either an American Heart Association or America Red Cross-approved provider What you need to know: 1. Have access to company's continuing education and professional development courses 2. Current schedule equivalent to 40 hours per week, working one weekend every third week 3.
