Required skills & experience 1. Prior sales experience in a call center (required) 2. Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven track record What you need to know 1. Answer incoming calls from potential customers/patients and convert to dispatches 2. Providing excellent customer service to all calls is critical 3. Achieve goal of 10%+ conversion rates of dispatches 4. Participate in coaching sessions with Manager on a daily/weekly basis 5. Report to the Customer Experience Manager 6. Schedule may fluctuate depending on the need
