Clinical Liaison Operations LVN

Overview

Required skills and experience: 1) Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Massachusetts 2) Minimum of 1-year patient care experience required 3) Knowledge of Medicare Advance health plans, ACO’s, IPA’s, ALF’s and LTC 4) Proficient in interacting with and creating a collaborative working environment at all levels of the organization What You Need to Know: 1) Part-Time need every weekend for 8-10 hours per day 2) Administer prescribed medications and treatments as permitted by law. Assess all medicines a client may be taking to identify possible ineffective drug therapy or adverse reactions, significant side effects, drug allergies, contraindicated medications and reports any problems to the physician. 3) Counsel and instruct the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs.
