Overview
Must haves to be considered: 1.) Must be Board Certified, but Board Eligible is okay if it’s a quality provider who is pursuing board certification 2.) Must have a Wyoming state medical license 3.) Must have DEA/BLS/ACLS 4.) Must have Controlled Substance Permit Required 5.) Must be able to perform procedures 6.) Must be okay with being the sole hospitalist Hospitalist needed to cover 7a-7a 3/10-15 @7a 3/25-30 @7a ON-GOING NEED - month by month Work Schedule: 7a-7p Call 7p-7a: phone triage. 1-3 calls per night. Anesthesiologist and General Surgeon back-up NO- take off Solo position Required Procedures/Skills: Vent management, central lines and intubation required Must be comfortable with codes No work around Hospital Credentialing/Privileging Required: Yes (takes 30-45 days) Prefer BC, but BE okay if it’s a quality provider who is pursuing board certification Additional Board Information: IM/FM EMR: EMR is HMS Med Host and CPOE (computerized physician order entry), ER system is separate DEA Required: Yes Controlled Substance Permit Required Worksite Information: 70 bed facility. Patients are typically transferred to Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, Wyoming. 2 air EMS services available, must be comfortable working in a solo independent caring for patients setting with minimal specialty support.
