Overview
Required Skills & Experience: 1. Licensed CRNA in the state of FL 2. ACLS and BLS Certification 3. Able to work the following case types: - Bread & Butter, Bariatrics, Robotic, GU/GI, OBGYN, Ortho, TEE, EP (electrophysiology), minimal peds (if anything it’s an ER case, Appendicitis). What you need to know: - Cases: Bread & Butter, Bariatrics, Robotic, GU/GI, OBGYN, Ortho, TEE, EP (electrophysiology), minimal peds (if anything it’s an ER case, Appendicitis). - They have Cardiac MD’s there that handle the cardiac, so cardiac experience is not required and they won’t work open hearts but they will sedate TEE/EP cases. - Must be able to perform regional blocks, epidurals, spinals, ortho, and GI - OB Experience is Required, CRNA’s do their own epidurals/spinals, C-section experience needed as well. - The OB suites have been recently remolded, and volume is growing. - Care Team Model – 1:3 or 1:4 MD to CRNA Supervision - Weekly schedule is flexible between 5, 8s and 4,10s - Call: 1 weeknight every other week until 11 pm & 1 weekend/month, all beeper - Day 7a-7p 1st & 2nd call- Sat or Sun, & overnight call 7p-7a - 1 weeknight every other week till 11p & 1 weekend/month, all beeper
