Must haves to be considered: 1.) Must have California Medical License 2.) Must be a Board Certified Anesthesiologist 3.) Must have ATLS and DEA 4.) Must be fully proficient with general anesthesia cases including solid proficiency with a full complement of regional anesthesia nerve blocks under ultrasound guidance Pay rate range: $200/hr - $250/hr Start date: As soon as credentialed Credentialing: 30-60 days Work Hours: Mon-Friday 3 rooms 7:00 -15:00 =24 hours 2 rooms 7:00 -17:00 =20 hours OB 7:00 -17:00 =10 hours Call 17:00 -7:00 =14 hours # of locations covered per day: M Tu W Th F Sat Sun OR 5 5 5 5 5 1 1 Specialty rooms 1 1 1 1 1 0 0 Total 6 6 6 6 6 1 1 Practice Information • General anesthesia cases including solid proficiency with a full complement of regional anesthesia nerve blocks under ultrasound guidance All travel and lodging is paid for!
