Overview
Required skills & experience (the 7 “must haves” to be considered) 1. 2+ years in a healthcare or clinic setting. 2. Ability to problem solve in a proactive, creative manner while meeting deadlines. 3. Ability to work independently within a virtual operating environment and as part of a team. 4. Excellent communication skills. 5. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. 6. Familiarity with Medicaid/Medicare/Commercial Insurance practices 7. GED/High School Diploma Preferred Experience: • Prior leadership or management experience in a behavioral health practice • Experience managing providers • Insurance verification • Experience with TherapyNotes and Salesforce.com What you need to know • Clinic is open 8am-8pm, Mon-Sat. Manager will not have to work every Saturday, but will need to be flexible and be able to come in on Saturday when needed. • Provide direct support to Director of Operations/COO, Business Development, Network Management, Clinical Director, all office staff, counselors, visitors, vendors, interns, and new hires • Plan, develop, organize, implement and direct the day-to-day functions of the clinic and activities to ensure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction • Manage staff performance including supervising, coaching/counseling office staff daily and interviewing and training new staff; lead by example modeling a healthy office environment and communication • Responsible for overall office management of Social Services
