Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered) 1. 10+ years of experience with a strong understanding of HR Programs in performance management and leadership development 2. Strong Management / Decision Making background 3. Strategic and tactical role within the HR Team - contributing to day-to-day operations as well as direction 4. Provide insight and impact into the culture and team strategy 5.
