Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered) 1. 6+ years of experience with a strong operational experience within technology and healthcare organizations 2. Strong Management / Decision Making background 3. Design, develop, and implement tools and processes, performance metrics and reporting that enables better operational efficiencies. 4. Champion visibility around key metrics and scorecards that drive the company initiatives. 5. Collaborate with various business units on improvement initiatives to drive sales goals and achieve targets.
