Required skills & experience: 1. DOT Certified is required 2. Active TX license 3. MD or DO 4. Active DEA What you need to know: - Physician coverage Mon-Wed weekly 7:30a-5p beginning with training on 3/9-3/11 and 3/16-3/18 - Travel costs covered - Malpractice insurance covered - This position is for a provider to cover 3 days per week, Monday - Wednesday each week
