Overview

Required skills & experience (the 6 “must haves” to be considered): • Bachelor’s degree in Information Sciences Management or related field, MBA a plus. • At least 5 years of healthcare analytics experience required (i.e. claims, eligibility). • Must be very knowledgeable in data governance process and procedures • Previous supervisory or project management responsibility preferred. • Previous experience in in defining, documenting and implementing aspects of Data. • Governance best practices, policy and procedures (e.g. master data management procedures). What you need to know: • This person will supervise a team of 2-3. • Manage the operations of the data governance program. • Develop the data stewardship, and operational structure (standardize roles and responsibilities) • Implement data-related best practices, policies, and procedures (data catalog, business glossaries, data standardization, MDM, metadata, processes standardization) • Standardize all vocabularies/glossaries/terminology and KPIs, ensure transparency and consistency in all data outputs
