Overview
Required: -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent -1-3 years quality control, quality improvement experience preferred -Previous experience teaching and providing feedback related to departmental operations -Previous experience with data collection, interpretation or statistical analysis to determine standards and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) -3 years of progressive sterile processing experience in a perioperative setting required -3-5 years supervisory experience preferred -CRCST or CSPDT required What you need to know: -Identify trends in Quality Events and Safety Reports, provide reports and analysis for Clinical Operations Leaders. -Identify and develop opportunities for QI-based process and/or workflow changes. -Work closely with the Education team to highlight Quality issues during department training events.
