Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered) 1.) Must be licensed in Indiana 2.) Must be a Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency 3.) Must work in both Inpatient and Outpatient 4.) Must work a full time schedule, no part time availability 5.) Must commit to a minimum of 3 month assignment 6.) Must have active DEA Dates: 04/06/20 - ONGOING 3 month minimum commitment Schedule: Monday - Friday (40 hour weeks) Call - 1:5 weekdays; 1:4 weekends Phone Consults – Daily during week and during scheduled call Call is flexible! Details: Practice Setting – Inpatient & Outpatient, MAT Clinic # of Beds in Department - 86 Volume of Patients per day – Depending on volume 10-25 patientsWhat does a typical day look like/patients seen? I/P Detox, Access Consultation, Admission/Discharge Orders Rounding on patients? Yes and staffing EMR – Netsmart Avatar Experience preferred in Addictions, not mandatory
