Overview
The QA Analyst will play a crucial role in the ongoing and future buildout of programs and applications. The Analyst will ensure accuracy of campaigns and communications and adherence to governance standards within the client communication work stream. This objective is primarily achieved through the review and testing of client communications including content, coded logic, versioning, list targeting, and offer fulfillment. • Creates and executes the manual and automated test cases to deliver optimal system functionality and ensures that changes meet business and quality requirements. • Troubleshoot test related issues to determine failure point • Report issues that are clear, concise and in a timely manner to development • Identify project risks and make recommendations to minimize risk
