HealthRules Technical Lead

Overview

Tech Lead will play a crucial role in the ongoing and future buildout of interfaces. The Lead will coordinate with the team and client to manage project deliverables. Responsibilities • Lead a development team comprised of Integration Analysts and Integration Developers on complex implementations of HealthRules for a Client. • Participate in Sprint sessions following the agile methodology. • Assist in capturing client requirements and with integration and reporting development as needed. • Analyze customer data, assist in capturing client requirements and provide expertise to understand the client needs for Health Rules Payer implementations, covering integrations, migrations and reporting. • Design integrations required for interfaces, conversions / migrations and debug complex integration solutions for client implementations. • Manage time effectively, communicate status accurately to scrum masters and project managers. • Participate in vendor discussions and provide directions / guidance to the stakeholders. • Analyze customer data and provide expertise to understand the client needs for Health Rules Payer implementations, covering integrations, migrations and reporting. • Strong technical decision making capabilities, analytical thinking and demonstrate ability to communicate at all levels of client stakeholders • Excellent presentation skills and stake holder management. • Good knowledge of Healthcare data integration standards (i.e. HL7, EDI, CCD, DICOM, etc.). • Deep Knowledge of OOD and Integration design patterns. • Experience with Service Oriented Architectures and RESTful APIs
